We offer Park Model Homes for rent. If you're not sure you want to buy, give us a test drive and rent one of our homes. The homes are fully furnished and include all utilities, except electric. The homes are non-smoking and pet free environments.
During your stay on a 3 month or more rental, if you decide to purchase a new park model from our sales team, we will credit half of your paid rent money toward the purchase of a new home. For example, you check in and pay $2,400 for a 3 month rental and purchase a new home during your stay, we credit you $1,200.00 towards your new park model.
Park Model Rental Rates:
Monthly - $800.00 + Electric
Deposit required of $400.00, balance due upon arrival. Please review our Rental Cancellations Policy
